Another 800 Indians stranded in Ukraine returned home. The hero of the return is the special aircraft of the Indian Air Force, the C-17 aircraft. Three C-17s flew to Romania, Slovakia and Poland on Friday. It also carries 16 tons of relief for war-torn Ukraine. With this, India has sent a total of 26 tons of relief to Ukraine and its neighboring countries. So far, 10 Indian Air Force planes have repatriated a total of 2,057 stranded Indians. On 28 February, an Air Force plane flew for the first time to bring back the Indians and landed in Mumbai with 219 people on board. A special operation called 'Operation Ganga' was launched to bring back the Indians from Ukraine.

However, the Center said on Tuesday that no more Indians were stranded in Kiev, the capital of Ukraine. 

An Indian student has already died in the Kiev-Moscow war. The medical student, a resident of Karnataka, was killed in a Russian attack. A bomb blast in Kharkiv on Tuesday killed an Indian student. He is a resident of North Karnataka. The deceased was identified as Navin Shekharappa Gyangudhar. Naveen was a fourth-year medical student. Standing in line at the store to buy necessities. At that moment, a Russian bomb exploded in the area. As a result, he died.

Harjyot Singh, an Indian student, was shot several times by Kiev army on Sunday night. Harjayet is a resident of Delhi. He is currently being treated at a hospital in Kiev.
